![]() They also have no problem in fulfilling or at least trying to, requests, which is always nice of a store to do. Their staff is super knowledgeable on the beers they have and also about upcoming releases (all of their beer geeks and buyers are at all the festivals and industry events) and have no problem talking beer with a fellow geek. It's mostly a wine store, which if that's your thing, it's also a great place. They also will buy a good amount of speciality beers in order to have it for awhile after everyone else runs out (for instance right now they have Batch 2 of Collaboration not Litigation from Avery/Russian River, a beer I haven't seen anywhere else in months). They carry quite a bit of great Belgian beers including one of the larger selections of Cantillon I ever see. I really enjoy going into Harvest and try to make it in there at least once a week. The only thing I would change about this place if I could is that I'd add a couple mixed-6 doors, but I understand space is an issue. This is my go-to stop on the way home from work for poker night, especially if it's warm enough for a post-game cigar at night, their cigar selection isn't extensive, but it's solid and a few of the employees are very good at directing me to the right ones. In all honesty, I don't usually ask them for advice or to explain a beer to me, but they often comment on the beers that I bring to the counter, so I know they are at least somewhat beer people. Their 6-pack/4-pack selection is always strong with most of the standards in the Colorado market, but with a few nice surprises.like the fact that they always have New Holland Dragon's Milk. If there's a special bomber I know I want eventually, but it's maybe not the right time to spend $15-$20 on it now, I typically feel like it'll still be there next week. The selection is always solid a nice bombers cooler where I can find some hidden gems and maybe, more importantly, not feel forced to pick up the new, hot thing right now. Tell them you saw them on and get a discount.Harvest is the second closest liquor store to my place, but it's the one I go to the most. ![]() If you’re not sure which method to use, talk to a member of the staff!
